Help

How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the PayPal only for Comicland US.

You will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'.
Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Comicland US.

Credit Card will be acceptable soon.

NOTE : Please be careful to check size of the items before submitting since they have different size guide each items. Once the items deliverer to the customers, we do NOT accept any cancellation because of differing size. 

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : United State
  • Shipping Rate : Fixed rate shipping : Shipment fee is 20 USD regardless of your order amount.
  • Delivery Time : 7 - 30 days

  • All shipping services used by Comicland US provide a tracking number and full insurance. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested. For multiple orders, total shipping time is based on the most time-consuming order without a request of partial packing.


    Please allow up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping.
    Comicland US ships worldwide with UPS or DHL. You can find delivery fees at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when your view your order on Place Order website.


    Orders take 7 days[Express] / 30-40 days[Standard] for available stock.
    Custom-made takes additional 5 weeks for tailoring.
    Customs may differ depending on legal standard of the country we send.
    Days in the above information refer to business days.


    *Sinosphere countries such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore is not applicable for delivery. 
    All orders from those countries will be canceled and payments be refunded automatically. 
    Those countries will be available once offical website for Chinese language is newly opened.



      - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country as the Customs policy. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

    Some items are not allowed to be imported as the Customs Policy.


      - Tracking information

    Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer Care team here so that we can assist you further.


       - Returned to sender packages

    If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Comicland US by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.


      - How to find a delivered package

    If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it yet, we suggest taking the following steps.
    1 - Other than yourself, who could have received the package? Do you live with family or roommates? Do you have neighbors or a doorman? Please ask them if they received the package.
    2 - Was the package signed for? If so, do you recognize the name? Please ask them if they received the package.
    3 - Do you have a back or side door? Maybe you have a mailbox, mail room, or receiving office? If so, the package may be there.
    4 - Do you know your mail man or woman? If so, please ask them to confirm when and where the package was delivered.
    If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact our Customer Care team here so that we can assist you further.

Returns & Exchanges

Comicland US have the inspection process before we arrange shipment.
If for any reason customers are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned, store credit or refund within 28 days of the merchandise delivery date. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.

Customers should contact us within 3 days of delivery of items and email : contact@comiclandus.com or use the Q&A to support the claims. You can attach some photos to help it.

  - Defective / Missing items / Size different from our web size guide

If the item(s) is significantly different form our description (defective, missing items, different size & color), customers can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.
Please send the return with the courier indicated in the email sent by Comicland US. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and complete the Airway Bill as per the instructions in the email. (The courier will provide the Airway Bill to complete upon pick-up).

Note : Following conditions are not acceptable for return, exchange or refund.
  - All custom-made items can not be returned.
  - Worn, used or altered items can not be returned. Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etc can not be returned. 
  - If you return part of the costumes, the payment can not be refunded.
  - Wigs, shoes, props, accessories like underwear, socks and stocking can not be returned.
  - Unauthorized refusal packages will be charged 15% of the total cost on the order as restocking fee. Also, this makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package and the parcel is returned back to us.
  - 20% restocking fee will be charged if more than 5 pieces of merchandise are returned. Which means 80% of the total cost on the order can be refunded.
  - The clearance items can not be returned for a refund.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the order delivery date.
Please note that in case of shipments with value over USD 2500 exported from the United States by private individuals, the USA Customs Authority requires Electronic Export Information (EEI).

  - Order Cancellation / Changing

All costumes from Comicland US made in your own size, please check order carefully before submitting. We will send a confirmation email after you placed an order.  In the event that a mistake has been made on a processed order, please email : contact@comiclandus.com or use the Q&A in 24 hours after your submitting, Order Cancellations or Changing only works in this time frame. Cause Our tailor will start customizing the dress for you within 24 hours after receiving your payment. Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 30% of the item price. And orders cannot be cancelled after 3 business days. Thanks for your understanding  


  - Wrong Delivery Address / Upgrade the shipping method

Comicland US ships all orders to the shipping information address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information required. We will ONLY be able to proceed refund if we sent the package to the wrong shipping address. (which different from order shipping information.) We will NOT be able to proceed refund if we sent the package to the correct shipping address.  


Refunds


  - Store Credit

As soon as the return has been processed, the customer will receive a code for the total value of the return items. The code may be used on the following order placed on Comicland US. 
Store Credit can be used one time only on a future order within three months of the return; is not cumulative with other store credits; must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.


  - Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the orginal purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 20 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Comicland US.


Other


Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
